On July 2, 2021 changes took place in management of MEESKO S.A. Mariusz Kuźma, the current chairman of the Supervisory Board, was dismissed. The function of the chairman of the Supervisory Board was entrusted to Robert Bury, the current member of the Supervisory Board, who was delegated as acting President of the Management Board. At the same time Elżbieta Śreniawska was appointed to the Supervisory Board and delegated as acting President of the Management Board of MESKO S.A.

 

Elżbieta Śreniawska was appointed by the Supervisory Board for the position of the President of the Management Board of MESKO S.A. of the new term of office, which will begin on the date of the Ordinary General Meeting of the company approving the financial statements for the year 2020.
