On August 25, Minister of National Defense Mariusz Błaszczak signed offset agreements as part of the implementation of the second phase of the Wisła program. This enables the Ministry of National Defense to sign contracts for the supply of further batteries as part of the medium-range air-defense and anti-missile defense program for the Polish Armed Forces.

MESKO S.A., a company belonging to the PGZ and the Armament Agency, signed a contract for the supply of SPIKE-LR guided missiles. The contract is scheduled to be implemented in the years 2023-2026, and its value is approximately PLN 400 million. This is another tranche of missiles purchased by the Polish Army. The first batch of 264 launchers and 2675 missiles was contracted in 2004-2013, and the second batch of 1000 pieces in 2017-2020.

PGZ companies signed an agreement on strategic cooperation with companies from the KGHM Capital Group. The agreement specifies possible areas of joint activities, including: in the implementation of research and development, production and commercial projects. The ammunition and missile area was identified as a priority.

MESKO S.A. and the Armament Agency of the Ministry of National Defense signed a contract for the supply of small-caliber ammunition for the Polish Armed Forces for the years 2023 - 2026. The value of the contract is nearly PLN 1 billion. However, the document includes the possibility of increasing the order in the following years.
